Library 2nd Floor Closed for Mechanical Repairs: Thursday, October 20

Just a heads up. We’ll be closing off most of the 2^nd floor to accommodate repairs to the air conditioning equipment on the roof for most of Thursday, October 20. This means that you won’t have access during that time to most of our books, or to the study carrels or study areas on the second floor.

What will be available: Quiet reading room and bathrooms on the 2^nd floor, and absolutely everything on the first floor, including expert help at our AskHere desk, and all the computers in the Commons.

We anticipate that everything will be back to normal on Friday, October 21.

Labor Day Weekend Hours

The Schusterman Library will be closed on Monday, September 5 in observance of Labor Day.

We will be open regular hours on Saturday, September 3, and Sunday, September 4. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, September 6.

The Schusterman Library website and electronic resources are always available!

Fourth of July Holiday Hours

The library will be closed on Monday, July 4.
We will be open regular hours on Saturday July 2 and Sunday July 3, and will resume our regular hours on Tuesday, July 5.

Back to normal

The OU-Tulsa Library (and campus) are open regular hours once again. If all goes well, weatherwise, we’ll be open all week!

However,  if more snow arrives, be sure to check the OU-Tulsa weather page for information about campus closings. But keep in mind: even when the campus is closed, the library website is always open, with access to electronic content continuously available.

Extra Hours for Finals

For finals week, the library opens at 7:00am Monday through Friday, Dec 13 – 17. We stay open one hour later than usual, until midnight, Monday through Thursday, Dec. 13 – 16.

Writing Center is open during the break

Labor Day closing

The library will be closed all day Monday, September 6th for the Labor Day holiday.

Finals Week Hours

Once again, the OU-Tulsa Library will offer extended hours for students studying for finals.  These hours are:

Friday, Dec. 11, 7:00am to 10:00pm

Saturday, Dec. 12, 8:00am to 8:00pm

Sunday, Dec. 13, Noon – 10:00pm

M – Th, Dec. 14 – 17, 7:00am to midnight

Friday, Dec. 18, 7:00am to 9:00pm
